| Kastironimise eesmärk on enda alla õllekastidest torni ehitamine, samal ajal ise ülespoole ronides. Kohapeal näidatakse ette, kuidas peab ronima.
Võistlejad ronivad nii kõrgele kui võimalik. Peaauhinda on võimalik saada, kui võistleja ronib üle 8,37 meetri. Võistleja, kes on roninud ära 7 meetrit, saab valida, kas võtta auhinnaks kast jooki või ronida edasi ja püüelda suurema auhinnana võidu poole.
Võistlusel kehtib ajapiirang, mis on ühe võistleja kohta 3 minutit. Kui selle aja sees jõutakse 15 kastini, antakse ronimiseks lisaks 30 sekundit. Kui esimene katse lõpeb enne 1 minuti täitumist, on osalejal võimalus ka teiseks katseks. Samuti saab teise katse osaleja, kes ronib üle 7 meetri, kuid ei valinud vaheauhinda. Viimasel juhul saab võistleja teise võimaluse, aga teisel korral saab ainult peaauhinnani ronida, vaheauhinda ei saa võita. Ajaga kehtivad samad reeglid ka teisel katsel.
Üritusel ei ole finaali, seega kes ürituse kestuse jooksul vastavalt reeglitele kõige rohkemate kastide otsa ronib, võidab. Võistlusel autasustatakse esikolmikut. Mehed ja naised ronivad samas arvestuses. Peaauhinda saab võita, kui osaleja ronib üle 8,37 meetri. Kõik osalejad, kes on roninud 7 meetrini ja otsustanud, et valivad vaheauhinna, võidavad kõik kasti jooki. Autasustatakse ka esikolmik vastavalt tulemustele. Kordussoorituse või lõpliku kastide arvu määrab kohapeal kohtunik.
Võistlusele registreerumisega kinnitab osaleja, et on nõus kõigi võistlusreeglitega. Lisaks peab kohapeal allkirjastama omavastutuslehe.
Kastironimise korraldajale jääb õigus teha ürituse korralduses muudatusi teavitades osalejaid sellest enne ürituse algust.

| The goal of crate climbing is to build a tower of beer crates below you while climbing up yourself. On the spot, you will be shown how to climb.
Competitors climb as high as possible. The top prize can be won if the competitor climbs over 8.37 meters. A competitor who has climbed 7 meters can choose whether to take a block of drink as a prize or to climb further and strive for a bigger prize.
The competition has a time limit of 3 minutes per competitor. If 15 boxes are reached within this time, an additional 30 seconds are given to compete. If the first attempt ends before 1 minute is up, the participant has the opportunity for a second attempt. Also, the participant who climbs more than 7 meters and did not choose an intermediate prize will receive a second attempt. In the latter case, the competitor gets a second chance, but the second time he can only climb to the main prize, the intermediate prize cannot be won. In time, the same rules apply the second time around.
There is no final in the event, so whoever climbs the most boxes during the duration of the event, according to the rules, wins. The first three will be awarded at the competition. Men and women climb in the same classification. The grand prize can be won if the participant climbs over 8.37 meters. All participants who have climbed to 7 meters and decided to choose the box prize will all win a block of drinks. The top three will also be awarded according to the results. The replay or final number of boxes will be determined by the judge on the spot.
By registering for the competition, the participant confirms that he agrees with all the rules of the competition. In addition, the deductible sheet must be signed on site
With registration participants agree to the terms of the contest.
The organizers of Crate Climbing reserve the right to modify the rules and terms of the contest. All participants will be notified of the changes before the start of the competition.
