Started in 2004 under the name Student Extreme, it is now held for the 14th time. The last time was the autumn of 2021.
Originally, participants competed in small teams, but that was switched to individual competitors in 2016.
While participation used to require a fee, the event is now completely free!

Where to come?
Rules
Extreme takes place on 28.09.2025 at 13:00-16:00.
The event takes place at the Tartu Arch Bridge.
Participants must arrive 20 minutes earlier.
Registration takes place via the registration form which can be found on our homepage www.studentdays.ee and under the Facebook event.
Registration starts on SEPTEMBER 3rd at 18:00.
If spots are available, it is also possible to register on-site.
Participants must be 18 or older.
Participants must be sober.
Participants must be able to swim.
Event Details
Participants go through an extreme obstacle course one by one, competing against the clock. The winner of the competition is the participant who completes the course in the fastest time. There are separate rankings for men and women.
Event Rules
- The organizer of the event does not take responsibility for injuries or damage to the health of the participants that occurred during the event. Every participant is responsible for their own safety and health.
- Every participant must be aware of the competition rules and sign a waiver.
- Obstacles must be completed only in the intended way.
- Other competitors on the course may not be disturbed.
- The exact course introduction will be given by the judges before the start of the competition.
- In case of falling off an obstacle, the participant must return to the start of the obstacle.
- The participant must wear the competition costume (lifejacket and helmet) provided by the organizer. In addition, if discussed beforehand with the organizer, it is allowed to use protective gear that you have brought with you.
- By registering for the competition, the participant confirms that they agree to all the rules of the competition.
- By registering for the competition, the participant consents to being photographed or filmed by photographers and videographers present at the event.
The organizers of Extreme reserve the right to modify the rules and terms of the contest. All participants will be notified of the changes before the start of the competition.
