IDUS (International Day of University Sport) – Movement, Challenges & Good Energy!

Come and spend an active and fun afternoon with the Student and Sports Council of Tartu Health Care College! The IDUS Day event is open to everyone – whether you are a serious sports enthusiast, simply curious, or just looking to try something new.

Put your strength, agility, accuracy and speed to the test and take part in a variety of different challenges throughout the afternoon.

What can you try?

📦 Box Stacking
Find yourself a partner you trust and set yourselves the goal of building the tallest tower possible out of boxes – something you can brag about for the rest of your studies!

🧗 Box Climbing
If heights don’t scare you, challenge yourself with box climbing! The goal is to build the tallest tower possible out of boxes and then climb to the top. Pre-registration is required for box climbing. More information and the registration link will be added soon.

🥏 Disc Golf – Hole in One
How accurately can you throw? Try to hit the target with as few throws as possible and see if you can score a true hole in one!

🏋️ Fitness Challenge
A short and energetic competition testing your strength, endurance and speed. This is a scaled-down version of a fitness challenge, so you don’t have to be a top athlete – just come and give it your best shot!

♿ Wheelchair Sprint
Experience what it is like to move in a wheelchair and put your speed to the test in a short sprint.

🎯 Darts
Test your accuracy and steady hand. Can you hit the target better than your friends?

All activities are designed so that you can drop by, give them a try and join in at your own pace.
