    The registration form will be open for 72 hours. From all registered teams, 45 teams will be selected by lottery to participate.

    The event will take place on September 22nd from 18:00 to 21:00 (estimate). The Pub Crawl will start and end at Pirogov Park. Participants are requested to arrive at 17:30 to confirm their registration and receive their starting time. Participants must be at the starting point 10 minutes before their scheduled start time.

    REGISTRATION

    The registration for the event begins on … on the Tartu Studentdays’ website (www.studentdays.ee), the link will also be shared under the Facebook event. During registration, the team has an option to complete the event alcohol-free. Registration is open for 72 hours after which the teams will be drawn randomly.

    There are three members in one team. The participation fee per team is 15€, which must be paid on site in cash.

    RESTRICTIONS

    Each participant must be at least 18 years old.

    At least one team member must be a university student.

    At least one team member must be of the opposite sex.

    Participants must not be visibly intoxicated at the start of the event.

    BRIEF EVENT AND DESCRIPTION

    Event description:

    During the event, teams of 3 will run through 11 different bars, where a task prepared by the Student Days team awaits them in each bar. At each point, teams earn points, which will be finally added up at the finish line, where the winning team and top 3 will be determined.

    Event rules:

    • Each team must include at least one member of the opposite sex; therefore, all teams must be mixed-gender.
    • Contestants are not allowed to use any external aid in solving tasks and completing the route (e.g. smartphones, vehicles etc.).
    • All the checkpoints must be completed in the order given by the organizers. If the order is not followed as given, the team will be sent back to the correct checkpoint. There are organizers in every checkpoint, who will explain the tasks the team must complete.
    • Throughout the competition participants must abide by the law, including all traffic regulations. Whilst crossing the road, teams must wait for the green light. Ignoring this rule will result in point reductions. All other public laws apply.
    • The official finish time will be that of the last person in the team to arrive at the finish at Pirogov Park. It’s also where the award ceremony will take place afterwards. Teams must finish before the designated end time; any teams arriving after this time will not have their time counted.
    • Teams can earn one extra point by returning the juice carton received at the start of the event. A maximum of one extra point per team is possible; no penalty points are awarded.
    • The winner will be selected based on the points collected during solving the tasks and the time in which the track was completed. If two teams have the same amount of points, then the team with the faster finishing time wins.
    • Teams must be aware that the time required to complete the track may be extended due to factors beyond their control. In such cases, no additional or penalty points will be awarded.
    • Team members are not allowed to consume personal alcoholic beverages or go to the store to buy more during the competition.
    • If a team no longer wishes to drink during the competition, they may still complete the course without earning any points, but they will be disqualified from the contest.
    • During the competition, participants must not deviate from the designated course.
    • By registering for the competition, the participant confirms that they agree to all the rules of the competition.
    • By registering for the competition, the participant consents to being photographed or filmed by photographers and videographers present at the event.

     

    The organizers of Pub Crawl reserve the right to modify the rules and terms of the contest. All participants will be notified of the changes before the start of the competition.
