Are you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or just in need of a deep breath of fresh air? Come join us for a transformative 2-day retreat on 27.-28. of September that combines mental and physical well-being with the healing power of nature.
✨ What’s happening?
Over two immersive days in the Estonian countryside, we’ll explore how nature can help us reconnect with ourselves, build resilience, and develop healthier habits. The program includes:
🌞 Sunrise hike & forest bathing
🧘 Morning yoga & journaling workshop
💬 Interactive sessions on mental health, habits, and self-awareness, stress
💪 No-gym fitness workshops
🔥 Campfire evening and stargazing
🌱 Foraging, plant-based cooking & mindful eating
The event is free, and no prior experience is needed — just an open mind and a willingness to slow down. Just bring your sleeping bag everything else is organised by us (including food, accomodation and transport)!
👥 Who’s it for?
Young people aged 18–26, especially those who are looking to reconnect with nature and themselves. The program is inclusive and beginner-friendly.
